Shanon James Willetts, 44 of Mumford, was arrested in Silver Creek after reports said he was found in possession of methamphetamine and a glass smoking device that contained drug residue.
Willetts was taken into custody near the intersection of Ridgeview Drive and Old Rockmart Road.
Willetts is charged with possession of a Schedule I controlled substance.
