A man that was being booked into the Floyd County Jail on traffic charges, Ismael Ramos Rosales, 30 of Rome, is now facing felony drug charges after bringing drugs with him inside the facility.
Reports said that they stopped Rosales for speeding down GA 20 when they later discovered that he was driving without a valid license.
After arriving at the jail for booking, deputies said that they found a meth pipe containing drug residue in his possession.
Rosales is charged with possession of meth, possession of drug related objects, crossing the guard line with meth, speeding and driving without license.
