Cindy Lou Valiiya-Valappi, 54 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he physically attacked a man at a location on Dean Street.
Police said that Valiiya-Valappi used her hands to hit and scratch the victim during the altercation.
Valuiya-Valappi is charged with battery.
