Haley LaRay Dykes, 37 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she used another person’s identity and cellphone to gain control of a bank account that did not belong to her.
Police said that they used cellphone records to identity Dykes.
The incident occurred back on April 21st of this year.
Dykes is charged with identity fraud.
