Christopher Wayne Davenport, 56 of Rome, was jailed this week after he failed to comply with the laws and rules of being a convicted sex offender.
Reports said that Davenport failed to register two vehicles that he had access to in the time allotted to do so.
Davenport is charged with two counts failure to register as a sex offender.
