Ramario Datis, 26 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said attacked a woman and then damaged her property during an altercation on East 19th Street.
Police said that Datis attempted to gain control of his girlfriend’s Xbox when the glass broke to an entertainment center. The victim’s hand was cut during the altercation.
Datis is also accused of cutting the victim’s high school diploma.
Datis is charged with simple assault and criminal trespass.
