Edward Zackery Ferguson, 35 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stalked a 56-year-old woman at her home on Robinhood Road.
When police arrived on the scene Ferguson is accused of refusing to comply with their request to place his hands behind his back.
Ferguson is charged with aggravated stalking and obstruction.
