Carlos Albert Hernandez-Tello, 40 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he attacked and beat his wife and daughter.
Reports said that Hernandez-Tello placed his daughter in a choke hold before punching his wife in the neck.
Police added that when they spoke to Hernandez=Tello they observed he was highly intoxicated. He was then transported to a local hospital to be cleared for booking. While at the hospital, he allegedly fought with officers and medical staff while being restrained.
Hernandez-Tello is charged with aggravated assault, battery, obstruction of law enforcement and two counts cruelty to children.
