Brandon Jaquan Smith, 20 of Rome, was arrested this week after he was found driving intoxicated with a small child inside his car.
Reports said that Smith was stopped after failing to maintain his lane and with an illegal window tint.
A search led police to also find marijuana.
Smith is charged with possession of marijuana, DUI, endangering a child by DUI, failure to maintain lane, window tint violation and violation of driving permit.
