John Munoz, 22 of Tucker, was arrested in Rome after reports said he shoved a woman to the ground before beginning to kick her multiple times.
Police said that Munoz was intoxicated at the time of the beating, which occurred at Dillard’s Music Park in Shannon.
Munoz is charged with public drunk and simple battery.
