Joe William Luker, 60 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he entered a home on S Twin Court and attempted to steal a Ryobi hedge trimmer.
The incident occurred bac on May 11th.
Luker is charged with criminal trespass, criminal attempt to commit a crime and probation violation.
