Justin Chase Stamey, 23 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found in possession of methamphetamine after throwing a soda can at a wall.
Reports said that the soda can caused a hole to be put in sheet rock of the home.
The incident occurred on Tamassee Lane.
Stamey is charged with possession of methamphetamine and criminal trespass.
