Anna Ruth Vasquez, 29 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she forged a check for $463 to the A1 Food and Beverage on Burnett Ferry Road.
The forgery occurred back on October 24, 2022.
Police added that she was located this week driving on Redmond Road. While speaking with Vasquez, she allegedly gave officers a fake name in order to avoid capture for her active warrant.
It was also discovered that she was driving without a valid license.
Vasquez is charged with 4th degree forgery, giving false information to police and driving without license.
