Tristan Anthony Massey, 17 of Rome, was arrested this week after causing a wreck and then leaving the scene of an accident.
Reports said that Massey failed to maintain his lane of travel before causing an accident.
The accident occurred at the intersection of Coosawattee Avenue and Redmond Circle.
Massey is charged with hit and run and leaving the scene of an accident.
