The Floyd County Sheriff’s Office has added Miguel Angel Palmerin to its Top 10 Most Wanted List.
The 21 year-old Roman is accused of removing his ankle monitoring device and is now on run from police.
Mr Palmerin was never in our custody however after receiving a guilty verdict he was ordered to turn himself in before a certain date and he failed to do so.
Palmerin was arrested for raping a woman at a home on Broodwood Avenue. The victim reported that Palmerin forced her into a bedroom , removed her clothing and then held her down while she attempted to get away while raping her.
