Derick Wayne Mobbs, 38 of Rome, was arrested this week after he was accused of stalking and burglarizing a woman’s Lewis Drive home.
Reports said that Mobbs snuck onto the property while stalking the victim and then refused to leave the home.
Authorities added that Mobbs had been ordered to stay away from the victim by the courts late last year.
Mobbs is charged with first degree burglary, aggravated stalking and failure to appear.
