Jordan Lade Carroll, 31 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found in possession of methamphetamine during a traffic stop on Huffaker Road.
Police said that they stopped Carroll initially after they noticed he was driving on an invalid registration.
Carroll is charged with possession of methamphetamine, driving without insurance, possession of drug related objects, driving on a suspended license, driving on a suspended registration.
