Naderricus Sha’quan Reed, 27 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he shoved a 26 year-old woman during a dispute on East 13th Street.
Reports added that the victim suffered visible injuries to her arm.
Police went to say that Reed proceeded to threaten to kill the victim and then blow her car up while his daughter was inside.
Reed is charged with simple battery and terroristic threats and acts.
