Seth Christian Ford, 27 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he grabbed a woman’s right arm without her permission.
The victim was reportedly left with visible injuries to her arm.
The incident, which occurred at a location on Fire Tower Road, was done in front of children.
Ford is charged with battery and 3rd degree cruelty to children.
