The Polk County Director of Elections Director, Noah Andrew Beck, 24 of Cedartown, was arrested in Rome this week on DUI and drug charges following a traffic stop on 2nd Avenue.

According to reports, Beck was pulled over for failing to maintain his lane.  Officers added that during the stop they observed Beck under the influence of alcohol. 

A search then resulted in officers allegedly finding a Ziploc baggie containing several Schedule II drugs.

Beck is charged with DUI, possession of Schedule II controlled substances, failure to maintain lane and DUI.
