Penny Belinda Stroud, 45 of Cave Spring, was arrested this week after reports said she sold the same truck to different people.
Reports said Stroud knowingly sold a 2012 Ford F15 for $3,500 and later sold the same vehicle to another man for $1,800.
Stroud allegedly sold the truck with knowledge of an adverse claim from the first buyer.
Stroud is charged with felony theft by deception.
