Baily Evans Owens, 18 of Adairsville, was arrested in Rome after reports said he entered another’s property and broke into a 1986 Ford Ranger.
Reports said that Owens later only exited the truck after pleading from his girlfriend.
When officers arrived on scene, Owens was found under the influence of alcohol.
The incident occurred on Merriam Road.
Owens is charged with entering an automobile with the intent to commit a crime, prowling and underage possession of alcohol.
