Jacob Freund Barnes, 45 of Summerville, was arrested at the Marathon Convenience Store on Martha Berry Highway in Rome after he was found in possession of various drugs.
Reports said that Barnes was found with a large amount of methamphetamine and marijuana.
Authorities stated that Barnes was found with over 4 grams of the meth.
Barnes is charged with possession of meth, possession of meth with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana.
