A Rome High School student, Ricky Nunez, 17, was jailed at the school this week after police said they found him distributing drugs.
Reports said that an officer found him in possession of a THC vape pen. Authorities added that he was heard from another person saying that Nunez was going to sell them at school.
Nunez is charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance and possession of a schedule I controlled substance with intent to distribute.
