Carl Stanley Stair Jr, 18 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he stole and sold a 1989 Cadillac Brougham from a location on East 19th Street.
The car was then sold on Facebook marketplace for $700.
The car had been reported stolen back on February 3rd of this year.
Stair is charged with theft by deception and theft by receiving stolen property.
