Man Charged with Three Counts of Theft , More

Kevin Wayne Tucker, 29 of Temple, was arrested in Rome over the weekend and charged with numerous counts of theft by taking.

Reports stated that Tucker allegedly stole a microwave and a bag of copper tubing from a home on 6^th Avenue and East 1^st, a shopping cart from Kroger on Turner McCall and a city of Rome trash can.

During his arrest officers stated that Tucker was found to be in possession of methamphetamine.

Tucker is charged with three counts of theft by taking and possession of meth.
