Ramiro Pineda-Uriostrigue, 19 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said they found him in possession of a stolen Glock 19 and a fake government ID card while smoking marijuana on another’s property.
Reports said that in addition to the fake ID, Pineda-Uriostrigue was found with another ID that was not his.
Pineda-Uriotigue is charged with felony theft by receiving stolen property, theft by mislaid property, possession of marijuana and possession of a false identification card containing a government logo.
