Brett Ronald Johnson, 33 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he rolled on the ground screaming and refusing to get up while being taken into custody for trespassing.
Reports said that he had been previously banned from the location by police when he was found.
Officers stated that Johnson fell to the ground twice and refused to get up. That is when police said, he started to roll around and scream.
Johnson is charged with disorderly conduct, obstruction and criminal trespass.
