Samuel Adam Kimbrough, 34 of Plainville, was arrested in Rome after reports said he threatened to shoot his girlfriend and another man.
Kimbrough then allegedly used a knife to slice the front and rear tires of the woman’s vehicle. He then proceeded to attempt to catch her clothes on fire.
The incident occurred at a home on Cave Spring Road.
Kimbrough is charged with two counts terroristic threats and acts and criminal trespass.
