Gregory Lamar Finley Jr, 48 of Rome, was arrested this week after he violated a protection order when he made contact with the victim through Facebook Messenger.
Reports said that Finley repeatedly called the victim and asked them to sneak out and come see him.
Finley is charged with aggravated stalking.
