Andrew Kyle Parris, 28 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he shot a firearm at or into a house that was occupied by 5 people.
Authorities that Parris, a convicted felon, is not allowed to possess a gun.
The incident occurred at a home located on Martha Berry Blvd.
Parris is charged with five counts of aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
