Jeremiah Thomas-Matthew John Curley, 38 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he made physical contact with two police officers’ genitals without permission.
The incident began after officers arrived at the Hi-Tech on Dean Avenue when Curley, which had been banned from the store, came back inside.
When officers arrived, Curley threatened to kill two officers and their families. He is also accused of touching both officers’ genitals without their permission. Curley is also accused of spitting on and biting one of the officers.
Curley is charged with two counts sexual battery, two counts simple battery against a police officer, two counts terroristic threats/acts and criminal trespass.
