Michael Leonard Hicks, 41 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he identified himself as a federal agent before threatening to kill three individuals at a location on Rockmart Road.
Police said that Hicks intentionally drove behind the victims at a high rate of speed and performed a pit maneuver causing the car to spin out of control.
Reports added that Hick then proceeded to flee the scene.
Hicks is charged with aggravated assault, three counts terroristic threats and acts, impersonating a pubic employee and hit and run.
