Timothy Gabriel Browning, 17 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he attacked a female coach at a high school in Floyd County.

Reports said that Browning quickly approached the coach in an aggressive manner while yelling and screaming profanities.  He then used his hands to push the victim’s arms while she was attempting to diffuse the situation

Browning then proceeded to “violently throw items on the floor” while placing the victim in fear of receiving injury.

Browning is charged with simple assault, battery on a school teacher/personnel, and disruption of a public school.
