Lachanda Chevron Daniel, 36 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she failed to charge her ankle monitoring device.
Report said that Daniel was required to wear her device as a condition of her pretrial release. Daniel is charged with the unlawful removal of an electronic monitoring device.
