While participating in street gang activity, Caden Alexander Morang, 19 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he distributed and sold marijuana at a location on Burnett Ferry Road.
Reports said that Morang also conspired with others to distribute controlled substances at the same location.
Police added that Morang was found in possession of a firearm when he and others left the area after a shooting.
Morang is charged with possession of marijuana, two counts unlawful association with a street gang, possession of drug related objects, sale of dangerous drugs, two counts possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, and conspiracy to violate controlled substance act.
