Samuel Reynolds II, 42 of Rome, was jailed this week after reports said he illegally entered a home and watched another person be attacked.
Reports stated that Reynolds aided Bridgett Reynolds (story below) in a crime of aggravated assault of a 32-year-old woman.
Reynolds is charged with party to a crime and criminal trespass.
