Cecil Lynn Peek Jr, 44 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said he was found with drugs and distribution materials at Riverside Park.
Police said that Peek was found with suspected methamphetamine, a digital scale and numerous plastic baggies.
Peek is charged with possession of meth, possession of meth with intent to distribute, and possession of drug related objects.
