An inmate at the Floyd County Jail, Lonnie Charles Fletcher, 47 of Oak Grove, LA, is facing new charges after reports said he was found with numerous prohibited items, one of which was a shank.
Jail officers said that in addition to the shank, Fletcher was found with a lighter, needles, metal, a tattoo machine and ink.
Fletcher is charged with felony items prohibited by an inmate.
He had been in jail since January 20th of this year for probation violation and contempt of superior court.
