Dannie Ray Kelley Jr, 46 of Cedartown, was arrested in Rome this week after reports said stole another man’s motorcycle while the victim was in jail.
Reports said that Kelly stole a 2003 Kawasaki Ex 250 from the victim’s home on Agnes Street.
Kelley is charged with felony theft by taking and probation violation.
