Jonathan Taylor Smith, 18, Gabriel Guzman-Leon, 19, and Jorge Luis Ledezma Fortanel, 21, all of Rome, were arrested this week after reports said they injured a 20 year-old man during a dispute at the West Rome Walmart.
Reports said that they hit and kicked the victim during the altercation.
All are charged with battery
