Floyd County Public Works will be closing a section of Jake Whorton Road to replace a failed cross drain starting immediately today, February 27, 2023 until Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. The closed section will be at 268 Jake Whorton Road. Citizens can detour around the work area at Bethel Church Road, Burkhalter Road, and Reeceburg Road.
