Kendra Shanice Wilson, 27 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said she willingly withheld food to six dogs.
Reports said that four of the dogs were in dire condition.
Another dog had a disfigured front leg that never received medical treatment.
Wilson is charged with five counts aggravated cruelty to animals and cruelty to animals.
