Demarcus Tyrell Ferguson, 40 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said they found him in possession of a large amount of drugs and a gun during a search of his home on Oakwood Drive.
Reports stated that officers found over an ounce of marijuana, over an ounce of cocaine, multiple Oxycodone pills, and a pistol.
Ferguson is charged with possession of cocaine, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, distribution of marijuana, possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm during the course of a felony and possession of drug related objects.
