Jacob Michael Artyom Hawkins, 20 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he terrorized and threated another person at a home on Wishire Road.
Reports said that Hawkins damaged two tables while threatening to kill the victim.
Hawkins is charged with criminal trespass and terroristic threats and acts.
