Nahunta Sh’ron Finley, 44 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he repeatedly stole items from the Home Depot on Hicks Drive.
Reports said that Finley stole two cordless leaf vacuums and a carpet cleaner machine between December 7 2022 and January 13, 2022.
This week, Finley was captured shoplifting from Dunham’s Sporting Goods at Mount Berry Mall. Police said he stole $1,481 worth of merchandise.
Reports added that he lied to authorities about his name and identity while being questioned.
Finley is charged with false statements and writings, felony theft by shoplifting, misd. Theft by shoplifting, giving false information to police and probation violation.
