Mark Anthony Reynolds, 45 of Adairsville, was arrested in Rome after he was found with drugs while performing an act of sexual intercourse on Jewel Frost Drive.
Officers said that Reynolds sexual organs were exposed for the public to view.
While taking him into custody, officers discovered him in possession of Oxycodone. It was also discovered that he was driving without insurance and on an expired registration.
Officers added that he had also attempted to cover his license plate in order to prevent the ability of surveillance equipment to detect.
Reynolds is charged with public indecency, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, driving without insurance, driving on a suspended registration, and obscuring a license plate.
