Dora Alicia Quevedo Hernandez, 28 of Rome, was arrested this week after she allegedly pulled out a large butcher knife inside the Country Sportsman.
When officers were called to the scene, Hernandez allegedly resisted officers commands to surrender.
Hernandez is charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction.
