John Paul Sauls, 38 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found in possession of cocaine and a Dab pen containing THC.
He was taken into custody near the intersection of Watson and Alexander Streets.
Sauls is charged with possession of cocaine, possession of a schedule I controlled substance and probation violation.
