Lucas Lee Miller, 32 of Rome, was arrested this week after report said he burglarized a home on McHenry Drive.

Police said that Miller entered the home and stole jewelry and other items back on October 10th.

After getting pulled over by the police, Miller gave officers the ID of another person without their consent as his own as a way to avoid arrest.  Authorities have since discovered that the ID had been reported missing from Arizona.

Miller is charged with first degree burglary, theft by taking, theft of mislaid property, identity theft fraud when using another’s identity, possession of another’s identification without consent and failure to appear.
